These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Review5 (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Review5”). By purchasing any package, interacting with the website, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not continue to use our services.

1. Nature of Service

Review5 facilitates the coordination of genuine, experience-based reviews from real individuals. These individuals independently test, use, or engage with the products, services, or business submitted by the client (“you”, “your”, “the customer”).

Review5 does not sell fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, automated reviews, or AI-generated feedback. All collected feedback reflects the honest opinion of the reviewer based on their real experience.
We do not script, influence, guarantee, or control the sentiment or rating of any review.

2. Platform Independence

Review5 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google, Google Business Profile, or any other third-party platform referenced or used as part of our services.
All trademarks, logos, and platform names belong to their respective owners.

Review5 has no control over platform moderation, ranking algorithms, review visibility, approval processes, or enforcement actions. We are not responsible for any changes, removals, penalties, or account issues resulting from platform decisions.

3. Eligibility Review (Mandatory)

All purchased services are subject to a mandatory eligibility review of your Google Business Profile before any work begins. This review ensures the safety, authenticity, and compliance of both your account and our reviewers.

Eligibility assessment may include, but is not limited to:

  • Age of your Google Business Profile

  • Review history

  • Posting and update activity

  • General completeness of business information

  • Abnormalities or risk indicators

  • Industry type and platform norms

  • Pattern behaviour that may pose account risk

Review5 reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a profile meets the minimum requirements for safe service delivery.

4. Service Approval Is Not Guaranteed

By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree that service activation is not guaranteed.
Your campaign will only begin once your profile passes the eligibility review.

If your profile does not meet requirements—such as being too new, inactive, inconsistent, lacking credibility signals, or posing any compliance risk—Review5 may decline the service at its discretion.

5. Refund Policy (Eligibility-Based Refunds)

If your Google Business Profile does not meet Review5’s minimum eligibility requirements, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are only issued in cases where Review5 declines service before work has started.
Once a campaign has begun and reviewers have been engaged, refunds cannot be issued.

6. No Performance Guarantees

By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • We do not guarantee specific star ratings

  • We do not guarantee only positive reviews

  • We do not guarantee traffic, ranking improvements, or business outcomes

  • We do not control the number of reviews ultimately published by the platform

  • All results depend on real human experiences and external platform factors

Review5’s role is to facilitate authentic interactions, not to predetermine results.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful business profile information

  • Cooperate with our account managers during onboarding

  • Avoid interfering with or attempting to influence reviewers

  • Maintain compliance with Google’s and other platforms’ policies

  • Accept that reviewers’ opinions may vary and may not always be positive

Review5 is not liable for consequences arising from misinformation, deceptive business practices, or non-compliance with platform policies.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use Review5 services for:

  • Fraudulent manipulation of public perception

  • Illicit, illegal, or misleading products/services

  • Profiles created solely for artificial boosting

  • Attempts to game, exploit, or deceive review platforms

Review5 may decline service or terminate an existing campaign if prohibited use is detected.

9. Service Timelines

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on:

  • Reviewer availability

  • Business category

  • Campaign size

  • Platform behaviour

  • Time of year (e.g., holidays, industry spikes)

Review5 does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Review5 is not responsible for:

  • Platform penalties, removals, or moderation

  • Loss of business, revenue, or reputation

  • Algorithm changes

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Review loss, filtering, or non-appearance

Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

11. Amendments

Review5 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
